"All I needed was a tire for my ET4. I called all the Vespa dealers on Long Island. None had a tire in stock and they all said it was a special order. This the same tire that is on all the LXs too. So I guess if you get a flat on Long Island you are S.O.L. I called up Vespa Brooklyn. I went to Vespa Brooklyn (which was futher away) because they are right off the BQE and a snap to get to. I was there earlier than their hours, on a Saturday, but they were open anyway, very freindly and it ended up being my besy Vespa Dealer experience ever. They have a very cool showroom with the best selection of helmets I have ever seen. I am the founder of The Hornets Long Island Scooter Club and I will recommend to all of my members to go to Vespa Brooklyn for their Vespa needs! Scoot On..."

I made my first trip across the Williamsburg bridge yesterday and although the middle 15 seconds spooked me, I did it and I know it'll feel easier everyday; coming back was even a little less scary. "I've been dreaming of a Vespa for years, and finally decided to go for it. I didn't know what to expect as this was my first time purchasing anything, and immediately knew I came to the right place. They answered every question and email (even me calling on a rainy day and asking Andrew, 'would I be using the vespa in this weather exactly'?) and I'm sure they will be there for the many other questions I have as a new Vespa owner. The knowledge of Marco and Andrew is amazing, and Marco can even teach a tensed out, nervous nellie like me how to ride a scooter. Took it home and rode from brooklyn to queens on my first day! "After a visit to a dealership in Manhattan, I was getting nervous that a scooter wasn't for me? I took a stroll up to Vespa Brooklyn and had a TOTALLY different experience with the staff there. Being a 1st time rider, I didn't have a CLUE where to start, and they hooked me up with out any bullsh*t and zero pressure. I found their showroom, on service repair, and demeanor relaxing and patient. I returned the next day and rolled out of there with an awesome Piaggio Fly. They set everything up for me, answered all my questions and continue to. GO to Vespa Brooklyn....stop wasting time! BEST purchase I've ever made!!!! Enjoy New York in a whole new way :)"

"I recently purchased the Aprilia Mana 850, and from the first phone call in January to the last visit last week, I have been treated with respect. So much so that I did not go to the Aprilia dealer that is much closer to me. My overall experience with any motorcycle dealer has been that they will either treat you with indifference, or they treat you like you matter and will get your business, which the great folks at this dealership proved works since they got my business!
